Erepublik looks like the revenge of the developed countries against history and reality.

The countries are not balanced according to their actual strength. What matters is the population of active internet users.

Russia has an ePopulation of 225 compared to 142 millions in real life - that means 1 eCitizen for every 631 thousands real Russians. In the game, Norway attacks Russia as I blog and .. they are winning. Norway has an ePopulation of 933 and 4,700,000 real people. That means 1 eCitizen for every 5 thousands Norway real citizens.  And Norway is changing history now .. thanks to their IT-savvy population.

From similar reasons, Sweden is the strongest country in the game.

Also, I see no real advantage from a country being large.. in real life a huge country like Russia has a lot of resources.. here you need to bring more friends to the game. The population seems to be the secret.
